Pet Policy

Southern Magnolia Property Management understands that pets are an important part of many families. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable community for all residents, the following pet policy applies to properties that allow pets.

Pet Approval

• Pets are accepted only at properties where they are permitted.

• A maximum of two (2) pets per household is allowed.

• Pets must not exceed 60 pounds

• Applicants must provide the following documentation for each pet

  • Current veterinary records showing up to date vaccinations

  • A recent color photo of each pet

• A non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet is required at move-in

• Monthly pet rent of $15.00 per pet will be added to the monthly rent

Property Damage

Residents are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

Assistance Animals

Southern Magnolia Property Management complies with all applicable federal and state fair housing laws regarding service animals and emotional support animals. Approved assistance animals are not considered pets and are not subject to pet fees or pet rent where required by law.
