About Southern Magnolia Property Management
Property Management With a Personal Touch
At Southern Magnolia Property Management, we believe property management should be about more than collecting rent and handling maintenance requests. It’s about people, relationships, and protecting what you’ve worked hard to build.
Southern Magnolia Property Management was founded by Rebecca Romero, a Georgia Real Estate Broker and Augusta native with more than 13 years of experience in the property management industry.
Being born and raised in the Augusta area has given Rebecca a genuine connection to the CSRA and the communities she serves. She understands that owning rental property is a significant investment—and that every property owner has different goals, expectations, and needs.
Meet Rebecca, Owner
Rebecca is not only the owner of Southern Magnolia Property Management—she’s a mom, a community member, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
A proud mother of three children, Rebecca understands the importance of family, hard work, and building something you can be proud of. Her family is an important part of who she is and one of the reasons she values relationships and personal service in everything she does.
Rebecca is also a member of Trinity Baptist Church, where she serves in the children’s program as a teacher. She enjoys investing in the next generation and being involved in her community.
Professionally, Rebecca brings more than 13 years of property management experience to Southern Magnolia, along with her experience as a Georgia Real Estate Broker. She founded Southern Magnolia with a simple goal: to provide property owners with dependable, personalized service without treating every property or owner the same.
She believes property management shouldn't be a one-size-fits-all service. Some owners need full-service management. Others may simply need help leasing a property or managing an HOA. Southern Magnolia was created to offer flexible solutions based on what each client actually needs.
Rebecca takes pride in being accessible and involved. Whether it’s helping an owner prepare a property for the rental market, finding the right resident, coordinating maintenance, or simply being available when questions come up, she believes communication matters.
And yes, there’s a little Southern hospitality mixed in, too.
